Preparing the CAP Strategic Plans: Operational Design

The ENRD Contact Point (CP) organised an online workshop to discuss some operational aspects of designing a CAP Strategic Plan (CSP). The meeting was part of the series of events launched by the ENRD CP to support the preparations for the CSPs, and it was primarily addressed to future CSP Managing Authorities, Paying Agencies and other relevant national experts involved in CSP design.

The workshop aimed to:

• Present and discuss some practical aspects of designing the intervention logic and different intervention types under the future CSPs, also including some financial elements;
• Encourage further exchange between Member States’ representatives and European Commission officials on the practical aspects of designing the CSPs, with a focus on identifying key obstacles, possible solutions and needs for additional support;
• Collect and share opinions, ideas and other useful inputs.
