Through an online platform, people who cannot work due to the COVID-19 crisis but are able to help their communities can connect with farmers and offer practical help (obviously respecting safety rules).
The initiative 'Des bras pour ton assiette', supported by the Grand Est region, has been developed to ensure steady food supply despite the current crisis. Launched at the end of June, by the end of June the initiative was joined by over 300 000 volunteers who offered their help to 14 000 local producers.
